mybakht.com offers digital subscriptions and credit packs. This policy explains when payments are refundable. All payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
1. Nature of digital products
All of our products (the Premium subscription and AI credits) are digital and delivered to your account instantly. No physical goods are shipped.
2. 14-day refund — subscriptions
After purchasing a new Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days, provided you have not made substantial use of the premium features.
3. Subscription renewals
Premium renews automatically. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to stop the next charge — access continues until the end of the current period. Refund requests for renewal charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the charge.
4. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are refundable only if the credits are completely unused. Credits already spent on an AI insight or coffee reading are non-refundable, because the service is delivered immediately.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Use.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email talib.ismayilzadeh@gmail.com with the email used for the purchase and a brief reason. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the receipt you received from them.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
