Refund Policy

mybakht.com offers digital subscriptions and credit packs. This policy explains when payments are refundable. All payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe.
1. Nature of digital products
All of our products (the Premium subscription and AI credits) are digital and delivered to your account instantly. No physical goods are shipped.
2. 14-day refund — subscriptions
After purchasing a new Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days, provided you have not made substantial use of the premium features.
3. Subscription renewals
Premium renews automatically. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to stop the next charge — access continues until the end of the current period. Refund requests for renewal charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the charge.
4. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are refundable only if the credits are completely unused. Credits already spent on an AI insight or coffee reading are non-refundable, because the service is delivered immediately.
5. One-time AI purchases (e.g. Soulmate Sketch)
One-time AI products such as the Soulmate Sketch (and its Karmic + Toxic add-on) are generated and delivered to your account immediately after payment, and are therefore non-refundable once generated. If generation fails or is not delivered, contact us and we will re-generate it or issue a full refund.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Use.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@mybakht.com with the email used for the purchase and a brief reason.
8. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
