By using the mybakht.com platform you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the service
mybakht.com is an online platform that calculates a destiny matrix based on a birth date, provides interpretations across life areas, and analyzes compatibility between two people.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account. When adding other people’s birth dates, you confirm you have the right to do so.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of others, or to attempt to harm or disrupt the system.
6. Intellectual property
The platform’s design, text, and software belong to mybakht.com and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Payments & pricing
The Premium subscription and credit packs are paid products. All payments are securely processed by our payment processor, Stripe.
8. Subscriptions, credits & renewals
Premium renews automatically for the billing period you choose (monthly or yearly). Each period includes a set number of AI credits, and you may purchase additional credits at any time. Credits are consumed when you use AI features.
9. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy (/refund).
10. Disclaimer
All readings and results — including the destiny matrix, compatibility, horoscope, coffee and palm readings, and the Soulmate Sketch — are for informational and entertainment purposes only, with no guaranteed outcome. They are not professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice and should not be used as the basis for such decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as is".
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may also delete your account at any time.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
